Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine is the oldest and still the most widely used system
of medicine in the world today.
It is medicine made exclusively from plants.
Herbal medicine is increasingly being validated by scientific
investigation which seeks to understand the active chemistry of the
plant.
Using plants as medicine provides significant advantages for treating
many health conditions.
The therapeutic activity of a plant is due to its complex chemical nature.
I am really passionate about the effectiveness of plant phtyotherapy
and have witnessed many people over the years improve their health
naturally using only herbal medicine.

Bach Flower Essences
Dr Edward Bach (1886-1936)
There are specific "Flower Essences" he felt could help to harmonize
the emotional imbalances that he came to see as the real causes of
physical illness. Illness, he suggested, was a message from our-inner
being calling for a change in our way of living and our mental outlook.
The primary purpose of the flower remedies is to help us change and
bring us back to a genuinely happy experience of life.
There are 38 flower essences that he discovered by a series of 'provings'
for states of emotion that we experience as human.

Naturopathy & Nutrition
Naturopathy is the study of natural health medicine and a Naturopath
is a Natural Health Practitioner.
Primarily, the fundamental basis of Naturopathy is the practice of
preventing disease by way of assisting the body to remain healthy or to
regain health in a natural way, that can cause no harm.
A Naturopath would use natural remedies, looking at your diet,
nutritional status and lifestyle, to see if there is any vitamin or mineral
deficiencies or excesses and to help balance those. They could use
specific nutrients and/or organic natural foods.
Naturopaths may have training in other modalities as well.

Clinical Iridology
Iridology is the science and practice of "eye analysis" that reveals a person's state of health.
It provides information on genetic weakness/strengths, inflammation, toxicity, and stresses which can provide clues to health problems the patient may be having.
Iridology does not identify and diagnose medical diseases; rather it shows the conditions in the body that can or will eventually lead to specific diseases. In this way Iridology can be of tremendous benefit in preventing disease before it manifests, utilizing the tools of nutrition and lifestyle to direct the body into a higher state of health.
